If you trade within US, later the answer is yes. You need to do endorsed matter of your products. US respects decree and orders so you don't have to verbs your products being pirated or hijack.
But if you sell worldwide through internet, It is injudicious because some countries such as China, Thailand, and most Asian countries, they don't care around copyright law and any officially recognized matter you cross it.

I'd try to stay away from "work from home" survey websites.
While near IS money to be made from home, typing or surveys are not the best way to dance.
The best way to be in motion is to start your own business!
