Hi There. Can someone explain about network marketing? Is it real and can i trust it?
Answers: Network marketing cliams big easy money with very little work. The opposite is true alot work very little monet in return.
Multi-level marketing (MLM) also referred to as Network Marketing is a business distribution model that allows a parent multi-level marketing company to market their products directly to consumers by means of relationship referral and direct selling.
Independent unsalaried salespeople of multi-level marketing referred to as distributors (associates, independent business owners, franchise owners, sales consultants, consultants, independent agents, etc.), represent the parent company and are rewarded a commission relative to the volume of product sold through each of their independent businesses (organisations). Independent distributors develop their organisation by either building an active customer base, who buy direct from the parent company and / or by recruiting a downline of independent distributors who also build a customer base, expanding the overall organisation. Additionally, distributors can also earn a profit by retailing products which they purchased from the parent company at wholesale price.
Distributors earn a commission based on the sales efforts of their organisation, which includes their independent sale efforts as well as the leveraged sales efforts of their downline. This arrangement is similar to franchise arrangements where royalties are paid from the sales of individual franchise operations to the franchisor as well as to an area or region manager. Commissions are paid to multi-level marketing distributors according to the company’s compensation plan. There can be multiple levels of people receiving royalties from one person's sales.
Trust it Yeah...does it work.Yes some people make some serious cash..alot don't here's why
.
network marketing is not how much you can sell its how many people you can get to sell it under you that makes you money.how many people to you know..how many could you get to sell the product for you..could they get people to sell under them.etc..
.
the basic princple of network marketing is flawed..if it worked they way they say it does..eventually everybody would be selling the product...with nobody to sell it to.
u are going to get a lot of negative garbage on this'?'.
however NWM is the equal to franchising IF u understand it.
each agent is their own biz owner .
each agent comes into the biz by a sponsor.
each agent is responsible for their own success or failure.
same thing in colleges.
e.agent needs to develop customers & clients to have own personal income like any biz.
e.agent has the option of creating extra income by training suppoerting other agents
like refranchising or creating other offices.
the hassle comes in the fact most people do not have the understanding or drive to do more than a job.
if u compared the costs of 'college', success rate, failure rate , reeducation rate to NWM u'd be surprised.
but colleges are status quo.
of course franchises were illegal in the 50's and run out of many towns. plus plenty of bad redundant press.
Network marketing is very real and accumulates billions of dollars in forms of advertising, buying and selling goods.
Companys have taken advantage of this vast market and come up with work at home business solutions where I believe you're leaning in the "trust" category. No don't trust it, I've been scammed tons of times until I finally found the creative and prosperous way to make it work for me. I created my own Home Based Affiliate Business. http://www.proaffiliatebuilder.com
It is very real. You should never trust any network marketing scheme. Feel free to venture into it but keep in mind that a very small percentage of people actually make any real money from it and most of them make less than a 100 dollars a month.
The majority of people become their own customer buying from themselves.
The king of Network Marketing is Amway, aka Scamway. When you meet someone affiliated with this group, they will pump you up and invite you to one of the recruitment meetings where a highly motivated speaker will get you pumped up even more making you feel like you can sell the world. After that, you spend some money to get started and thats about as far as it goes for most. Your out the money and someone else made a few bucks from you.
Run away as fast as you can.
I am sure there are tennuous sucess stories here and there, but its of the same ilk as the (banned in many countires) pyramid schemes...
I know several people who always get excited about this sort of thing, end up trying to sell me tennuous cleaning products for a few months, then move onto another amazing scheme. The one consistent thing is they never end up any better off...
Absolutely. Robert Kiowsaki and Donald Trump recently did a piece on how excellent network marketing is. It is an excellent business module. Much better, in my opinion, than an 8-5 where my boss will ALWAYS make more than me, and her boss will ALWAYS make more than her, and there is a total glass ceiling and tons of restrictions. Think about this: In the traditional business setting, a single CEO heads a business, employs several managers, and then many many employees. That's a pyramid. Network marketing is something where you get out what you put in- you have to have that motivation! Best!
email me if you have questions
Yes network marketing is real.
Its a business model which allows you to earn residual income. When you recruit others into the opportunity, you earn money off their purchases and the purchases of those they recruit.
Most people fail in network marketing because they have been told is it "easy". Its not. It requires time, effort, and money.
It is not a pyramid scheme, and it is not a get rich quick thing. It is a real, legitimate business model that must be treated like a business.
If you are interested in the industry, then I highly suggest you get informed on how it all works before you jump into a company. After you know the basics, research the specific company you are interested in, and ask others their experiences.
There are a lot of people who were lead to believe network marketing was easier than it really is, and feel "burned" by it. These people discount the opportunity as what it really is. They will tell you it is fake, that its a scam, but its not. It is legal and if done properly, can replace an income or more.
