do i have to own a domain and afterwards a website? how do i then publish an excel work book on procession so that i can edit or email and access that info anywhere? can i fashion it a private site so to speak so that only me and the president of the company can access it? and how do i do this?thank you to whoever help me, i have tried to research on my own and i am still not sure what to do.

Easiest is to use G00GLE Docs. You can upload word, excel, power point, etc. or create adjectives online. Gives you access to your documents from anywhere and you can give others access to view/edit.

You're attempting to promote a web site (via this interview and spammy responses to other questions) which is basically a worthless collection of ad. Why would someone want to view a collection of unrelated ad, without any TRUE "content"?
Web sites can earn money from advertising just by providing something of VALUE to the site's visitors. This might be articles which are tutorial or entertaining; it might be a well-structured directory of resources around a specific subject; it can be a bunch of different things.
But nobody has ever made money by only just throwing together a bunch of ads and affiliate links onto a net page.
