Dove vs. Axe?
What kind of example does Unilever set beside its conflicting as campaigns (dove vs. axe)?Answers: There is no conflict at adjectives, they are targeting different groups, so for this reason it shows that Unilever has a totally solid understanding of their consumers and the competitive set contained by their business.

im not sure what your asking but dove campaigns are realoly apt and inspiring they help young at heart people
I'm an Advertising foremost and did a report on this once.
With Dove's Beauty campaign and Axe's Bom Chica Wah Wah girls, nearby is clearly a conflict of marketing messages. But keep within mind that each brand have very different target market. Dove is for women and their daughters while Axe is for young, sometimes sex-crazed men.
Unilever have defended itself in saw that the Axe campaign is purely skit. But for the young girls they try to inspire through Dove, it may verbs them.
My stance on the whole item is that because the two brands are targeting two completely different market, they are not doing much harm. Also, medium placement (which is where the ad run) for both campaigns will be of late as different. For instance, Dove ads will run surrounded by House & Garden or on Lifetime...where the women they want to realize are. While Axe will probably run on Stuff or in GQ Magazine...where on earth the men are.
In which case, it'd be outstandingly unlikely that the young girls will be exposed to the Axe cause because of where the ad are placed. And if they are, there may be some criticize on the parents.
At the end of the daytime Unilever needs to cater to and flog product to the different audiences that exist. Different audiences have different taste, and Unilever is attempting to accomodate that.
Yes, Unilever is quite the hypocrite when it comes to their two campaign. But it's big business and at the end of the year, they need to make a contribution their audiences what they want in proclaim to succeed.
