majority of ethnic group gate cold calling, I know I do when it happen to me. But the reason why foremost companies still use this method of selling is because it works! thats why you hear of so many scam happening because believe it or not near are more gullable people out in attendance than ones with sense, crestfallen but true!
You will find it hard to trade without a company at the back your back, race feel safer if you can show them a prize of some sort. dont be put off by adjectives the negative feedback about cold selling, for every 1 customer who complains youll have 5 buying stale you...considering your selling something good and your sale pitch is excellent!
depends on your area really but at the present time people dont close to to be cold called on especially contained by the afternoon or early morning. i myself hold had a few and sometimes i agree to them in if they are doing research but i can`t stand people knock at the door trying to flog me something an idea would be to craft some leaflets and post them trhough the doors people could read them and if they are intrested they could bestow you a call to come round at a time convienant to them, although it sometimes can be costly at least possible you wont be giving any bad marketing it would be more postive than standing ont descendant doorstep
