I used spybot and superantispyware and that got rid of my problem.
You need to go to the start menu….. "my computer" add/remove hardware and see if any programs have been added that you are not aware of.
On your browser Go to tools... internet option... delete cookies …….delete files and all offline content
Your browser may have options to eliminate pop ups. If you can't find it you may have to download a plug in. someone more familiar with this may be able to explain the process to you.
