I am a new sale person and our company have developed new product using the company leading raw things, and they assigned me to go ahead and mart it.The problem is that the product has not be manufactured yet (only sample have be made) so I am facing these two problems:
1-Price: I do not know the actual price of Square meter will be after we produce it, but my Boss estimated to be around $5/sqm. I am scared to relate the customer about this price and consequently change.
2-We enjoy not established a work shop to start producing it neither we did came up to an agreement near any contractor to produce it for us. So no idea something like delivery time.
With the entire top my boss detail me get the decree then we will lug care of everything, and I am not convened.
So what will be best method to approach such issue?
Answers: simple. you move about to customers and tell them here we enjoy this product, it has this and that features, the price estimate is 5$. are you interested? if they say aloud yes, you sign a preliminary contract where you state what-if clauses resembling what if the price is more, what if delays ensue, etc. if they try to ask to lower price or to see the product tell them "i will make clear to what you want to my boss because he only can fashion this decisions" that's it.

I am concerned because it is one of the few companies out there that require a US Citizen and individual US Citizens to get rewarded.
