About Meta Names and Descriptions, can you hold 2 descriptions?
I am using monster commerce. When I name a product it make the product name the page title, and the "short summary" become the meta desription. I don't want meta description to be the short summary. I really don't the product name to be the page title any.If I just attach a second meta desription in the html of the page, what will show up on search out engines?
Is this a good plan?
I entail the meta descrition to be more comprensive and have more keywords than the short desciption of the product.
I also want the title to be better than "Widget A", short the product having to mortal called "Widget Store Provides Great Widget next to 100% Satisfaction and Free Shipping" so that I get the best title for the page.
Any Ideas?

Since your product is aimed at a small region, I would not focus on online advertising. You should puff within the region itself, such as door to door exposure. If you went to their door and said "ma'am the lock on this door is unsafe, I own a solution for you" or something like that, is alot better. Putting ad around town is also very appropriate, find bulletins where its official and free to post ads. Maybe if you could somehow sponser a local event specifically really cheap, like a elementary school's fundraiser classic or something.
