Your question runs adjectives over the place:
1) You said you are preparing a questionnaire about openning a brand new restaurant. I'm not sure why anyone would do such a thing, but that's your "business" (pun intended!). However, you did not indicate what the questionnaire be for: what kind of food to serve? what style the building should be? how much should it cost? etc.
2) You said you want to ask "our" competitors; aren't they YOUR competitors?
3)Then you speak, "as a new investor"! Why contained by the world would I want to invest with my competitors? Furthermore, if they are my "competitors" (which they aren't, since, presumably, I'm not even contained by business, yet!), why would they want investors? The reality that they exist at all mode that ship (i.e., the investment phase) has LONG since sail.
So, without knowing what you're really aiming for (homework assignment that you didn't construe or have miscommunicated?), I'll stick next to the "main" question, and say aloud that that the questionnaire (which I wouldn't do, but you want to do it, apparently) should ask the general public going on for their likes and dislikes.
I know that be a long way to receive such an obvious answer, but I considered necessary to make it clear that you be, well, UNclear! :,(
P.S. If you look at the most successful ethnic group in virtually any industry, you'll find that practically none of them have others help them, because they be independent thinkers. And they did not dribble away time with "questionnaires"! (again, if this is for a homework assignment, next that's a completely different story)
You are going to survey your competitors? Whatever your survey is going to be and who the respondents will be you need to first lay out contained by very specific lingo what you want to discover. I've seen so lots survey not deliver what the client wanted because clear, concise objectives weren't developed. Beyond that here are numerous topics you need to address: method, cost, analysis, etc.

avoid it i get caught , its bad communication, thankfully i simply paid the first installment but when they said they needed more to distribute on further information to me i got suspicious and tried to phone them on plentiful occasions but they never answered.
Don obtain caught girl there are other ways of making money, but i do follow where you are coming from.
