Why do we need advertising?
Answers: If advertising became illegal we would go into an economic spiral
Without advertising we would not know what we need (I know it sounds dumb, but it is true) and therefore we would not need someone to provide it. Simply put, most of us would not have a job without advertising.
In truth, I don't even think the Internet would exist the way it does if it were not for advertising.
Whether we like to admit it or not, the world the way we now know it, exist because of money and the tool to generating more of it is in the advertising.
1.To help the customer become aware of products.
For example, you might invent and produce the greatest toy in the world but how would anyone know unless you told them (or showed them)?
Advertising just tells people what we have to offer.
2. To create demand. By presenting a product in a certain way, you can increase the demand. For example, there are lots of beers but if you show some guys drinking a certain beer and they have beautiful girls with them--it creates a demand for that beer. People (foolishly) think that drinking that product will get them a beautiful girl.
some great and free ways to advertise would be.

Advertising is the action of calling something to the attention of the public especially by paid announcements.
Advertising is the medium that make customers aware of a product or service.
We need advertising to get the products or service to the consumer.
Is it safe to buy a online business off of ebay?
Answers: Its safe but its not the best method to go by. They tell you of mass amounts of money to be made, but its not that easy. Its lots of work. Look at the website, go to G00GLE and type in the websites URL see how many link backs it has. If it has over 1000 and its a good price then buy it. If not stay away.
Good Luck
No
I would not buy any business without looking at tax returns, accounts payable, liens and judgements.
Is it their business to sell.
Is it legit.
How do you create a need for a product in a country where people currently don't need that product?
Answers: Not every product or service is exciting in and among itself. It is probably easy to get consumers excited about a fancy restaurant or a flashy clothing store. You can simply put the product out there and let the product sell itself. However, other products require more work and more ingenuity.

I'm not sure if there is a nice way to do that.
You can install a puppet government and they will do whatever you say.
It's been pretty effective so far.
Instead of trying to create a need for a product, find a product that gives a solution to the needs. You will do much better.
For example, lets say you live in Arizona, and you want to create a need for your product, corn furnaces. You would have to first try and convince people in a hot area that they need more heat, and then try to convince them to buy a furnace that relies on corn, which is not readily or cheaply accessible. Instead of doing that, why not sell air conditioners or solar panels to people in Arizona, because that is what they really need.
Selling is easy if you have a product you believe in, and the demand is already there. Doing it this way is like taking the absolute hardest route available, and you won't find success.
Sounds like a question regarding selling "ice to an Eskimo"
Bottom line, understand what it is they are doing now and how your product can help them do it better.
That is called creating "Awareness"
