We are a computer services company supporting small businesses and homes, similar to Geek Squad, but much smaller and better. We are looking to position ourselves as a premier vendor of services for our tenth anniversary subsequent year.We are bringing on a person sooner or later a week to follow up with our clients by cell phone to determine what we can do to better our services. If you had used our services lately, what questions would be most relevant to you within a followup call? What would you close to to be asked? How many questions/length of the nickname would be appropriate without human being annoying?

Answers: 1) Did the service party arrive at the appointed time? I really HATE having to loaf around all afternoon for a service person to show up "sometime between 8 and 5"
2) Was the service personality courteous?
3) Was the work done quickly and densely? (No smoke or coffee breaks)
4) Did the service person verbs up after themselves? Put everything back the course it was found? No trash gone laying around?
5) Did they in truth FIX the problem?
6) Is it working to your satisfaction
