First of all, do you have a list of leads? If not, do a little research into the area you are selling to and purchase a list from infousa (see link below) or merely make one using superpages.com.
Once you have your target market list, begin a phone email campaign. A "hook" you could use is to get a guest speaker -- possible someone knowledgeable in a particular part of your spa experience -- and feature them on a conference call.
So when you're talking to, emailing, or brochuring your target list, include an invite to a conference call at a certain time and date. (see below for a company that handles those kinds of calls) At the call, introduce your speaker and let them speak followed by a Q&A. Then you can plug your store or its products and take info from any interested parties. It's a different, but unique idea.
