depends what the product is, possibly the product wont last a in one piece year? or maybe its basically a way for them to return with money from you so they can invest in something and carry ten times the money back afterwards refund you the 3 times the price. thus they must know any it will fall short of your expectations and they dont contemplation or know that it will be fine.
