Company: LLC, C-Corp, Sorp - Taxes on Profits?
I am currently working with a few CPA Networks. [NeverBueAds, Azoogle, Copeac]I am doing around 1-2K month very soon, and I don't know what I should do about Taxes. All that 102L of revenue is not pure profit, I also enjoy expenses that are used to make that money, almost 1K/month. I need to steep out a W-9 form before I could get hold of my earnings. However, I only just do it under my own given name, as there is really zilch to worry just about.
However, would I need to set up something, approaching a LLC or something, I feel I should singular pay taxes within my profits and not on all revenue. So I would be writing rotten computers, internet, % of my home for office space, and consequently other things related to my Search Marketing process.

Answers: I would form a LLC and write rotten everything you named. Only show the accountant what you are prepared to pay.

Now ask yourself: how can I do better than these sites currently ranking for the expressions I want?
