http://www.ICANN-domains.com has domains for $6.95 and they come with free hosting for a 5 page site. If you need more than that the hosting is still pretty cheap. I used to go with godaddy , but now I just go through ICANN-Domains. They have everything you need like the shopping cart ect.

Search engines don't rank websites by submissions. They find websites through links from other websites. And once the furrow engines know you exist and have you indexed contained by their database, they dont need you to hold submitting to them. In fact, you can hurt yourself next to continual submission.
If they are telling you it'll increase your rankings, they are lying. Search engines don't reputation based on "submissions".
