I call for accepted wisdom on how to remodel business contained by furniture rental company...?

I just started working for this great furniture rental company as an vindication executive last week. Our district executive has asked us to come up beside ideas on how to rearrange our business for the new year. Here's the concordat... we have a competitor that have lower prices than us but not as great of a service. It's like we are Nordstrom and they are Macy's. We're making a latest staging flyer/program and so far the only two philosophy from other team member have be: 1,focusing on our service and not mention the price first 2, mention our insurance program which covers theft, flood, fire, etc which out competitor doesn't grant.

We have a system that make it easy and economical for the business entity to put this in place while they stay focused on what they do best, their business.

Whether you ever use us or not is not substantial - my recomend is that you focus on making your stagers feel great going on for doing business with you.
