I have a style of artwork...its more close to a format to follow to create some awesome artwork...Is this patentable and if it is how much will it cost to have it patented? If you grasp professional help to prepare, database and prosecute the application, it will probably cost 10-15 thousand bucks before its adjectives over.
If you are an individual inventor, you can prepare the application yourself and file it for going on for 500. But, if you don't know what you're doing, and since you're asking this question, I assume you don't, if you failure up with anything, it will be worthless.
So, what to do is, telephone a patent attorney or agent. They will explain the rest. There is a Roster or Attorney's and Agents findable at www.uspto.gov. You can search it by fastener code or city name.find someone local and walk from there.

Answers: I don't understand the question -- what do you mean by "newspaper vendors" or "corporates"? What do you buy or sell?
I would be surprised if there is ANY daily or weekly newspaper in the United States that is not published by a legal entity such as a corporation, LLC, LLP, or limited partnership. I'm sure that most "newsstands" and stores that sell newspapers are also corporations, though there are probably a small percentage of local newsstands that may be "sole proprietorships" or regular partnerships.
