While going above and beyond for our clients, upper direction took notice and within April of 2004 promoted me to Trainer and Quality Assurance Monitor over our top producing project "Tel3Advantage.com". Responsibilities consisted of training between 18-25 new customer service/sales representatives every two weeks for one quarter. Monitor, journal and give each day feedback to all representative on my troop. Developed call scripts for both our outbound and inbound projects. Answers: It's unreadable because it's 10x too long...it's a letter, not a resume. Remove the narrative and stick to the facts!

BULL...if you possessed strong organizational and presentaiton skills why is your resume so long.
Keep your subjective claims rotten the resume...write a fantastic resume and it's self-evident.
Get someone to proofread it for you. First paragraph have several gramatical mistakes.
eg "Upper Management again took notice at my control skills" instead of "notice of my leadership"
I don't approaching the excessive verbage about government taking notice, anyway. You don't call for to be so narrative. Nobody screening resumes wants to read that much. BULLET point things.
Keep working on it and procure other people to read it.
I meditate it is too wordy. For the Netel job, it should be bullet points instead of that first paragraph. Ideally, it should be adjectives bullet points. Leave the paragraphs for the cover message. Also, I think the object should be at the top.
Also there are a few errors contained by the resume. Here are some corrections:
"Monitor, record and make a contribution daily feedback to adjectives representatives on my team."
"took concentration of my leadership skills"
"oCompiled commission and enter data, computed, processed and compensated out commissions earned weekly. "
"Called historic AT&T customers and provided in depth reason for returning ..."
I agree with several of the other responders:
1) It is TOO LONG and too wordy.
2) It requirements serious grammar aid.
Shorten it (cut it in partially!) and clean up the language rules and you may see a much more positive response.

Making a beer commercial--need assist ASAP!?
I have to net a 60 second commercial for my marketing class. My product is a light fruity beer targeted toward immature women of legal drinking age. Please any warning on music or script would be appreciated!Answers: my first idea is this: a tablet, a sign that reads ' LADIES DRINK ( YOUR PRODUCT) FREE TONIGHT ONLY. after show a line of men dressed as ladies so they can drink that for free. hmm.ok. if this is for your major and you want to jump into marketing you should prob do this on your own. In the real world getting your concept from yahoo.answers is not going to fly. on the other hand...here are my concept...
use 2 young professional & attractive women...net them look fit but not in skimpy attire. Have them at a lump and have 2 fit guys hit on them..be sure they are drinking this beer logically. maybe the guys merely pull these (light and fit girls) bad the stools and they dance or something..I dont know..
If you're contained by a warm clime.. bear a couple cases to the beach. Find some guys beside buff body's and shoot them having a fitting time while drinking your beer.
In the BG play some upbeat music Maroon 5 or whatever you similar to to listen too.
