Answers: You have to apply to the Yahoo Publisher Network http://publisher.yahoo.com - and once approved you put the code and ad from Yahoo will show on your site. Then you get salaried if someone clicks on it.

But Yahoo Publisher Network only accept US publishers. If you're not a US publisher, then you hold to look for others, such as G00GLE a.d.sense http://www.G00GLE.com/a.d.s.e.n.s.e

My website get 60,000 new hits and 400,000 page view.?

My website gets 60,000 distinctive hits and 400,000 page views a month. I use a.d.s.e.n.s.e and Adbrite, 3 ad of each on every page. I put together about $50 from both combined. Both a.d.s.e.n.s.e and Adbrite recompense me very little per click and CPM. Is this commonplace? Does anyone else have a site that get simular hits to mine and can share what they make?

Answers: $50 a month? That's somewhat small given your traffic, especially if that amount is the combined a.d.s.e.n.s.e and Adbrite revenues.

You did not include your URL, but maybe your website simply do not work beside pay per click or CPC ad. Some sites such as forum, blogs, entertainment sites, game sites, word sites do not work well beside CPC because visitors typically take no notice of the ads and purely go to the site to peruse the content.

I suggest you:

(a) Review the placement of your ad. Check G00GLE's heat map as they hold tested where the best placements are https://www.G00GLE.com/support/a.d.s.e.n.s.e/b...

(b) Explore other types of content for your site - topics that will attract audiences responsive to ad

(c) Try out CPM ads, especially nouns ad networks. Try

Burst Media http://www.burstmedia.com
Fastclick (ValueClick). http://www.fastclick.com
Advertising.com. http://www.advertising.com
Tribal Fusion http://www.tribalfusion.com
Congratulations on the traffic. What is your URL? If you hold a quality site providing level content (not a junky a.d.s.e.n.s.e only site), I'll buy a emblem on your site with that description of traffic.

Go to www.askthebuilder.com -- Tim Carter owns the site. Reverse engineer his commercial types and placement.

Check out Joel Comm - he's an a.d.s.e.n.s.e "guru"

The bottom line is that near your traffic, you should be rolling in the money. Seriously.

On average I make something like $100 per 10,000 unique people, but I do this with a group of 21 websites. Some own a CTR of 25% and some are clear down at 2 and 3% . What gets me is I enjoy one - http://www.Stellartraffic.com - that I set up just to kinda assistance people and for some motivation my CTR is, well deeply non-existent. Its somewhere around .01 and I can't figure out why for the time of me. I have tried every technique I know to optimize and nought works. I have finally come to the conclusion that my content is only just actually worth reading so populace arent trying to click away from it like my other sites. It's really strange though. Anyway, I wish I have a better answer to your question, but adjectives I can say is possibly downgrade your content or start selling a product.
