what actions are suggested for a marketing executive if measured results are below objectives? Above Objectives?Answers: um...it depends. There is no cookie cutter solution. You have to hand over a situation.
But...I suppose the best place to start is for the manager to determine why objectives be not met or were exceeded. Where the objectives to big or too conservative for the current market?
More troubling is inexplicable nouns and failure. :)

This is calculated by Reach x frequency (r x f)
If there are deeply of people surrounded by a certain nouns, and you want people to see the hoarding a lot, you purchase a illustrious amount of GRPs, which can cost millions, hundreds of thousands, etc it all depends on various factors
Media is purchased base on DMAs (designated market areas) as eatablished by Nielson ratings

Assuming make friends TV, Major metropolitan highway billboards,
and national large circulation magazine?.it would start at half a million dollars and could effortlessly go ably into the millions.
Example: a network comedy show 30 second spot could be partially a million dollars by itself.. a full page ad surrounded by many magazine is $75,000 and up.
Which tv market? What time will the ad run? Which days of the week? Which magazines? And if you use billboards, it's going to depend on traffic surrounded by the area.
National TV spots are usually quite expensive. If an announcement runs in single a market and the bazaar is medium within size, the cost could be as low as 5-10 per 1k viewers. (Of course you also have to consider the costs to produce the commercial)
A billboard can be as cheap as a few hundred a month to a few thousand. A lot depends on the location of the board.
I own no idea how much magazine ad run, but I assume that an ad within Vogue is much more expensive than say moto x monthly.
