Answers: I believe that everyone who works in a company is there to support the sales department. Managers.. everyone.
That is generally the ONLY department that generates income for the company. Without them you have no managers.
If the manager wants to successful, find ways to increase the sales and make it easier on them, sales people.
Most companies that are ranked as successful are based on the bottom line.
If it fails, it is his/her fault.

You see, when you get hold of someone from the internet to help you to put on the market something, it is hard to trust them. My wife once get cheated by a guy from Romania thru ebay. It was particularly depression for her.
