and how can a marketing manager use it to advance the relationship with that customer?Answers: i worked for a trunk hotel. you have adjectives the info on a customer you need. the customer other tells you if they obligation some thing extra when they book or previously they check in. we have our regulars that we just get to know. you know what rooms they like, what time they obligation there rouse up calls set for, you even swot up the voices of at hand wife/husband and kids and to make small settle with them earlier you transfer in that calls to the room.as long as you look satisfied to see them,glad to have them, and most essential have nearby room ready at check within then 9 times out of 10 you own a happy customer.
What can I do if I deliberate my employer is scamming it's customers?
I work as a telemarketer where customers give the name in to establish items and after the sale I promote a in your favour program that they can try for 30 days.
