For example you could sell cars or you could sell Lamborghinis. Cars is a very broad audience and people wanting to buy Lamborghinis would be a niche.
Niche selling is if your product is very specific to a small group of people.
For example, if you had a hearing aid for deaf people with one ear only, when you sold it, that would be niche selling.
