I am a Media Specialist for a company that sells offroad vehicle, just lately I went on for a while roadtrip with a group of co-workers to do a photo shoot of the vehicle in goings-on, climbing rocks, offroading ETC...and shortly afterwards, one of my co-workers who did drive the vehicles at this shoot be just terminated.This is my examine, since we do not have the opportunity to step out and get this considerate of media for marketing and promotions, I own a set of photos with this presently terminated employee's face detectable in most of the photos, are near any legal issues I may enjoy to worry more or less if I use them in marketable materials such as magazine ad, website gallery, brochures etc?
