Josh, it is great to want to hold a website and seek thinking. I would suggest that you build a blog if you want to gain traffic or find a web host that charges low annual fees. It is deeply difficult to generate traffic to a free web host resembling freewebs. Natural traffic comes through ranking. It is nearly impossible to have a free website at the top of the hunt engine rankings.

Permission for use of photos?

I am a Media Specialist for a company that sells offroad vehicle, just lately I went on for a while roadtrip with a group of co-workers to do a photo shoot of the vehicle in goings-on, climbing rocks, offroading ETC...and shortly afterwards, one of my co-workers who did drive the vehicles at this shoot be just terminated.

This is my examine, since we do not have the opportunity to step out and get this considerate of media for marketing and promotions, I own a set of photos with this presently terminated employee's face detectable in most of the photos, are near any legal issues I may enjoy to worry more or less if I use them in marketable materials such as magazine ad, website gallery, brochures etc? I figure since both the former co-worker and I did this photoshoot for the company, it is textile owned by the company for use in advertising/marketing, or am I wrong?

Answers: I would agree beside the first answer on this. However it does point out the need for you to receive releases from people you do use to protect yourself. Have an attorney draw a simple fill-in-the-blank one for you.

Remember. Anybody can record a lawsuit, regardless of merit. It doesn't mean they will win, but it does cost you money.
Theoretically...he/she be an employee at the time of the shoot and is conducting as work-for-hire. Anything done would be property of the company.
