I bought G00GLE adwords package I'm bit confused beside them as they are charging before starting the program. Anyone using this, pls support?

First off i am 18 years matured and I want to become a zippo advertiser, well only just an advertiser in nonspecific i have alot of refrences. i want opinion on how i could get this living.
