What is the different between inbound and outbound call centre positions.explain fully please, & don't be rude
Answers: Inbound means that you take calls, outbound means that you call people.
Inbound callcentre - you basically answer the phone and try to help people with their queries.
Outbound callcentre - you phone people up in their own homes/businesses. This may be to do surveys or to try to sell them something. It also may involve "cold calling" which is calling people who have not given their permission to be contacted, and a lot of people find that difficult to do.
Inbound - is when you recieve calls from people perhaps with enquiries. And outbound is when you contact people and they are usually surveys or sales pitches.
How private are you near your mobile number?
I hate giving it out, but abundant sites demand you confer it to them, and some call you...even if you request them no to do so.Like I signed up for a free math lesson, and they call me and hounded me to buy $500 worth of equipment, etc... I even felt approaching the lady be insulting.
When I asked about the bottom stripe she laughed genuine evil, and didn't even answer- just kept on.
How stingy are you next to your home phone number?
Answers: I use to be very private. But, finishing week my daughter and I was messing around on the computer. Typed surrounded by our names here where on earth we live, and not only did we draw from the phone number and address, they gave a map of how to go and get here. Talking about freaky. And they give all the name that lived in our home. Shivers.
I use a virtual one unless its someone I'm depositing money with or my credit card company.
I use an behind the times pager number ...
Everyone have a right to keep their phone number private! I really loathe giving out mine, and it really is unnecessary to give out, unless someone is going to in reality deliver something to you!
Next time someone asks you for your number tell them that you are going to report them, also ask to speak to their supervisor. If they won't tolerate you do that they'll lose a customer.
we have unlisted phones...my oldest daughter have a boyfriend who would call and newly sit on the phone...not say anything etc...so we get unlisted
How influential is METH TAGS on a internet site?
Hi:I need to to know how defining is Meth Tags and do you need them to draw traffic to my website and I also inevitability to know what's the proper what to place them in php. One object I'm asking these question because I be told that you don't need them.
Thanks,
O Patterson
Answers: Meta Tags reorganize rank. It is a myth that go through engines do not use them.
Here is the order the go through engines search.
1) title meta strip
2) description meta tag
3) switch word meta tag
4) content on top 1/3 of page for switch words
5) volume of key words within content on your website
6) volume of your keywords compared to other websites
7) the # of location on the net your site is tabled.
You get rank on keywords and ranking starts with meta tag.
The most effective course to advertise on the Internet is
to first set up a website and publish its domain signature
on major scrabble directories such as G00GLE.com,
Yahoo.com [at http://www.G00GLE.com/addurl/?... and
MSN.com since 85% of Internet shoppers rely on these
search directories to provide them next to goods and
services. In a sense, these query directories are a
very immense Internet Yellow Pages.
Nevertheless, should your website or opening webpage
founder to contain "generic" keywords, then anyone using
such "generic" query will not be able to discover
your website. Your domain baptize [URL] of your website,
in a sense, will be invisible, undiscoverable.
You may want to consider some simple algorithms which,
when observed and committed contained by designing of a website
with placement of a mixture of critical metatags that can
surely achieve a big search engine presence and
increase Internet traffic to your website. These
metatag strategies work okay with published webpages
at G00GLE and Yahoo.
Design: Should you create an extensive Flash-based
website, produce sure to fill-in the property entries
such as the Title, Description and Keywords. Failing
to do so, leaves no hard HTML or ALT resource that can
be readily indexed by turn out robots. Also consider the
Internet audience and their incoming setup. For
example, if they are on analog/dialup, Flash webpages
take too long to nouns up and therefore analog users
will predictable lose interest and discontinue entering the
Flash site. On the other hand, anyone on hi-speed DSL
lines, will greeting Flash pages which nouns quickly. So
up to that time designing a pure Flash websitge, ask the simple
question, "Who's my call a halt user - is he on dialup or
DSL?" And if you had to choose between these two users
for maximum marketability, next select analog users
since 80% of most resident users are still analog
Internet subscribers and pure HTML designed webpages
is best for them.
A non-Flash-based website which relies on hard set book,
is far easier to be indexed by search robots. Limit
the use of stylized file saved as .gifs since as a
pictographic, they are not indexable by search robots.
Avoid use of frames since any number of query robots
are unable to properly classify textual objects.
Placement of Metatags:
A ranking or search writ does take place next to G00GLE
and Yahoo and it begins next to the "Title" metag which
should consist of no more than 65 characters separated
by commas. The "Title" should describe in generic
jargon, the goods and services, followed by a location
from which the resource is located, i.e., city, state.
The placement of a domain first name which is not generic
within the "Title" is not appropriate, unless your
domain entitle is a major common brand name.
The second metatag is the "Description" which is
usually 41 words to form a complete sentence which
best describes one's stock and services.
And the very ending category - "Keywords" are also
somewhat limited to 15-16 words which can be plural
and compound contained by nature. Again, avoid multiple entries
which could be mistaken as "spamdexed entries" which
is defined as the loading, and submission of
repetitive words into a individual metatag category.
"Spamdexing" when discovered on a webpage and reported
to G00GLE's spamreport.com can result in the
ending of your website from their search
directory.
Good luck!
