How to approach preschool selling?
I am looking to open a preschool surrounded by the fall here surrounded by North Carolina and I need some pointers and thoughts as to how I should approach exposure. The school will be a "cream of the crop" type conservatory with lone about 40 kids total. I'm a business primary so I know the basics of marketing, but am really stuck contained by terms the specifics - which medium outlets have the best rate of return? Cost successful? How to go roughly speaking getting into T.V. commercials (are they worth it?)? Radio commercials? Web banner ad? Any thoughts and pointers are appreciated!Answers: I am a mom of 4 from St. Louis. The way that I found pre-schools be local advertising surrounded by the form of road signs (like the real estate gap signs) and local journals, the media and flyers at places like The Little Gym and Karate classes. Also, word of mouth is great! I suggest tv and radio is pretty pricey and I think those other ways work merely as well or better. Best wishes, gosh know we deserve quality pre-schools :)
Good press. I've found that the simplest forms are usually the most effective. Craigslist is the first place I would suggest. It's free and if you own some writing skill you will stand out from the crowd. It's also hyper-local so you can focus on families close to your preschool.
Starting a website that allows parents to freely communicate beside you or the school would also be a big attraction. I build websites for companies, school, etc and I have found that creating and promoting an atmosphere of communication is sometimes your best marketing tool.

As you know from your marketing skills you want to identify your target audience. In your crust, "cream of the crop" is a very specific target. Since, timewise, you can't progress door-to-door, how about direct e-mail?
Contact a "mailing house" within your area. They buy list based on notes from the US Census to advertising agencies. (You can also purchase them through infousa.com) Perhaps, for you, you would want a undisputed income level, or home effectiveness level and most definately a home near young children. Then the mail house would show you an economical and effective mail and how to go in the region of it.

If you are going for the "cream of the crop" consequently the expression "who you know..." comes in handy. Get yourself invited to social events that will acquire you introduced to high profile populace in your location. If I am going to bestow my preschooler in the hand of a stranger I have to at least possible meet the personality in charge. Get to know your would be parents and their kids will follow suit. Just an hypothesis!
ADVERTISING: If a retail store have a $100 item placed on a shelf that say $20 is it False Advertising?
Let me elaborate... $100 item placed on a window sill that has a sign adage $20. The sign says its a panasonic sv2 camera, but someone placed a panasonic sv1 camera on the projection instead (an example). If a customer only looks at the price and the word panasonic should they carry it for $20?Answers: Uhm, this is easy. If the sign states the specific model is $20..next it doesn't matter what is physically sitting subsequent to the sign.
There is no false advertsiing taking place. The sign clearly states the item and price. ...by your logic...if the sign be next to the toilet contained by the mens room.then the toilet would be $20...even though the sign Still say Panasonic sv2.
customers move stuff around the store on an hourly basis. Even organization place items in the wrong spot.
The singular way you procure to claim false advertising is if you pinch the specific item up and the cashier tries to charge you more for it. A smart organizer would honor the price in print.
It doens't business where within the store you actually get hold of an item from...the ceiling , the shelf, the toilet.

Nope, you have to read the fine print. If the store put the camera on the shelf and did it to try to hoodwink you, then it would be false hype. However if a customer put the camera there by mistake, after it wouldn't.
How can someone deal in their design and strategies?
I know about the invention and patenting companies that can give a hand the public, but this is more about selling accepted wisdom to companies and their marketing department and receiving some percentage of the sale. Is there any opening to do this as a consumer and just individual an average person??Answers: Sure in that is - if you have a dutiful idea, can present it economically, can really point out the benefits, aren't afraid of calling companies and trying to get into their marketing departments, and don't mind individual told "no".
