Answers: You can do research, go to the library and find books on being a manager or in this case a momager.

I agree with the others - if you don;'t want to do this as a business - and you don't, since you don't have the first idea about how it works, including how to get an agent, don't force your daughter into it. you will only be taken and disappointed.

I am concerned because it is one of the few companies out there that require a US Citizen and solely US Citizens to get salaried. Can anybody recomend high paying legit companies similar to this?Answers: I had that going for a while because I be investigating these free work at home sites. You would be lucky to earn $5/mo with it, it is ridiculous. You own to read thousands of offers that you are not interested surrounded by and then you generate something like .04 per public notice. Waste of time.

Answers: You will not be awarded a significant sum for malpractice alone, plaintiffs are awarded large sums for damages. Usually a significant reduction in quality of life, pain and suffering, etc. Some states have more stringent guidelines on this, i.e. 1 foot is worth $25k etc. So depends on the damage and your location.
You must also prove negligence on the providers part. For example, just because one got an infection, doesn't mean the doctor is at fault.
Your lawyer will take 33%-50%+ off the top plus expenses. Sometimes awards are taxable as well.
Depends greatly on what happened. Did it take you an extra couple of days to get well or did you lose your baby or loved one cause he was drunk?
