Advertising Marketing Questions and Answers

Anyone know any good market research websites which can give me information on big companies?

Answers: I have used a couple but can't remember which ones.

I found this site>

Question about marketing - when looking at Dell's website what is the most important customer benefit?

Answers: Quality and then price. I'd push the quality route as price just gets everyone to low ball. Are you a photo based site? If so you'll want to look up "alt tags" these will help you get a higher spot in G00GLE.

But don't take my word for it... ask your customers! Seriously, that's so under used it's sick. Just ask the people who see the site what they want.

Then sell it to them.

Pay Per Play (PPP)? Has anyone hear of that?

This site (http://www.wii-want-to-play.com) claims they can give 100% traffic conversions for publishers. Seems to dutiful to be true. They claim an eCPM of $2.50-$7.50, that is alot more than most ethnic group make using G00GLE's a.d.s.e.n.s.e.

Answers: I don't know more or less the 100% conversions payout, but $2.50 -$7.50 doesn't sound impossible for an audio ad payout.
PPP is Pay Per Play and refers to short audio ad that can be played on your site. You get salaried for the click that plays the ad. It is particularly new. I basically read a post about it today.
