Risk perception?

when assessing it what does it involve? * for assignment and im really stuck. please help.

Answers: it simply means that you own to forsee what the possible risks are of a task that you are going to get out, example is shopping. risk perception is, slipping on floor if floor is wet and no sign is up to vote the floor is wet, also strain to muscles if an item is to elevated for you to reach and near is no staff or stool for you to use, i am not the best at explaining but hope this helps you out, near is allways a risk to anything you do, you just hold to think of what they could be, if you could add on more info to your question i might be capable of answer it more clearly
we have a restuarant & enjoy to assess what possible hazzards we have that could make happen accidents & injury...to the staff & the public. it's adjectives about sanctuary...making sure there is nil to trip over, or slip on...etc.

example..we have a bacon slicer. it have to have a guard, staff hold to be trained to use it...& nobody under 18 can use it, & it have to switched off at D when cleaned...otherwise there are risks of injury.
If you are chitchat about Risk Assesment as within Insurance terms - for a business or the similar to.

It involves looking at the day to afternoon running of the operation depending on what type of circumstances are involved.

For example in an organization - you would have to hold all the electrical items tested and certified for sheltered use - look at possible dangers from cable, power sockets to name purely a couple.

In reality the roll could be endless - within basic jargon you have to look at adjectives possible outcomes for all possible events.

Loose carpet, electrical cables, fire exits and operation, any possible equipment that could motivation injury to the public or staff -

You may want to look at websites - try this one - I think it allows you to look at and download examples.

It used to be call failure mode effect assessment
and if you expand this to :
FAILURE MODE
THE EFFECTS
ASSESSMENT
It make more practical sense

How can things go wrong ?
what would be the consequences
how promising is this to happen
Often the is some numerical rating that accompany this and gives a gain where by you are prompted to to help yourself to some level of commotion .. or not

An example might be baking a cake in an oven
Risks :
dropping the cake
adjectives your self
burning your self
too long in the oven
too short surrounded by the oven
electrocuting yourself
gassing your self
setting fire to some entry

Obviously the greatest risk is burning your self
the chances are big
the CORRECTIVE or PREVENTATIVE ACTIONS ARE

Use a mechanical robot to steal the cake out
use protective gloves... how long should they be
how should they be tested or verified they will protect

etc etc
