I do this for a living. You gave us no information. I would start by creating a One Page Business Plan. and the mission statement could be your company slogan.

What do those tell you roughly speaking your service or staff that surprised them? Usually your customers will speak to you using the phrases and terms your messaging should be embracing and sending out into your bazaar.
