you have to be perfect with these qualities. the appropriate tone, the accurate words and good body language makes the communication better. so concentrate on these factors including eye contact and timing.!!

just by communicating with others speak alot for which u have to read a lot
if u want to develop communication so just read newspapers daily for 1 hour at morning time and try to stand before mirror and start talking with urself if u hesitate to talk with others.
hai ,make a confident first.dint think about others,like if i speak means others will laugh.so be confident.then try to speak loudly and speak in front of the mirer.see your face hoe you speak.read english papers like hindu.one week you cant understand after one month little bit know.if dont know the meaning means please use dicsnary.if you doing regularly you will speak english.
Use the traditional way - Nothing new to tell you,
1, Join some Effective communication / Public speaking course.
2, Make reading as a habit
3, Have some action plans .

1) read any article from news paper daily for five minutes in front of mirror for 1 month at least twice a day .
2) after one month start speaking in front of mirror any thing (which comes in ur mind ) and also continue the previous one ..
within two month u can be fluent in english communication if you do it seriously
you have to start communicate with u r family persons then with u r friends.
also sometimes u have to take a coaching bcoz when u got u doubts clear u will get more confidence which is the key to success.
just go on speaking with frds and everyone all time if u make mistake it ok ..

the best way to improve communication skills is to communicate as much as possible without any hesitation,fear and inferiority complex.
we find most of the people who know english voabulary very well but they cannot use it ie; they cannot communicate.
knowing english vocabulary,grammer,,,,,reading lots and lots of books,referring to dictionary,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,etc etc is not enough,we have to put in practice what ever we know.
i know most of them would feel embarressed to speak but 'communication' starts at home because learning starts from home,then friend,relatives,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,t... more u communicate the more u develop your skill.thus practice makes man perfect.
