If you buy a product from ebay and you get something else what can you do?
Answers: Contact the seller, see if they are aware of the mistake. If they are willing to correct the problem: awesome. If not,
reread the ad; people use ambiguous wording so that you think you are buying one thing but instead are getting another. If the ad inspite of tricky wording is for what you bought, the only thing you can really do is trash their rating and put out the warning so that other people aren't screwed over. If the ad was truely dishonest, and the price paid is worth the headache you can sue or threaten to sue to recupe your loses. Either way trash their merchant rating.

I've been using Microsoft Publisher for around 8 years - ever since the 1st generation program come out. It's easy to revise and there are loads of clipart programs you can donate to create some nice leaflets.
