Answers: Yes, you are allowed to gather your own list of links and sell it. There is nothing people can do to stop you from displaying or gathering public information like this.

It is not a scamming site, I have this belief that I can't unveil yet but, I'm have a hard time putting it into deed. It has clear-cut potential to become huge if I do it right. If you have suggestions for a title too please surface free to name them it have to do with an auction as you would expect and a unique idea/twist.

I agree with Robe, those name are far too long! Think of the current names out in attendance for auction sites

You need something to not solely fit your product, but something people will instantly dance "cool, let me check it out!" even if they don't step past the first page, at smallest they have see it once. Meaning in time or they are interested surrounded by posting an item and remember that you had a website for auctions, they instantly can remember that term!
If your site is as unique as you are suggesting, try fit the autograph to the uniqueness of your site, instead of using "project" (which I assemble that's the stage it is at) try, use words like:
twistbid
iliketobid
ilovetobid
ilovetowin
tradeformoney (meaning they rate money for an item)
You want a word that not only rolls of your potential comsumer's tongue, but also will stick within their mind!

to be honest i dream up that the first one sounds the most professional and reputable. the second one sounds just somewhat sensational and a little intimidating for general public who are tentative just about doing things "live" on the computer...the third one i wouldn't be sure exactly if it was an auction online or if it be a site regarding auctions..ie how to own one, tips about going to one, fundraising design whatever...duplicate goes for the end one...you didnt really say what the site be for,,,but i hope this helps:)
