suggestion needed..Answers: Couple of suggestions:
- get rid of your frames, why are you using them surrounded by the first place. Your site doesn't look like it requests them
- get rid of table and use css
- use proper html mark-up for your text, i.e. h1, h2, strong em etc.
- authenticate your site at W3C
- use better contrast than you are now, menacing blue links on blue doesn't really go

I guess you should find other host. having problem beside loading. first time can't load. second time can. afterwards click other link can't nouns. not good for first indication. might lose a lot potential customer.
