Does justifying a website heave affext turn out engine spiders.?

Ok well, I am working on the company's website and when family search for our product the site is one of the first. I be told to not center the site because search engine spiders force out left to right. How true is this.
I anticipate the guy who set the website made the site one of the first you see but its so goddamn ugly. I'm trying to brand name it look nicer w/out affecting the search results.

Answers: A few years ago you would want your website stale center but G00GLE does not reward websites for being rotten centered, spamming keywords, or placing invisible words. I think you should defend the site. Think content and visible appealing.
Here go G00GLE suggestion
Quality guidelines - specific guidelines

Avoid hidden paper or hidden links.
Don't use cloaking or sneaky redirect.
Don't send automated query to G00GLE.
Don't load page with irrelevant keywords.
Don't create multiple page, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content.
Don't create page that install viruses, trojans, or other badware.
Avoid "doorway" page created just for check out engines, or other "cookie cutter" approaches such as affiliate programs with little or no resourceful content.
If your site participates within an affiliate program, make sure that your site add value. Provide inventive and relevant content that gives users a idea to visit your site first.

Design and content guidelines

Make a site next to a clear hierarchy and article links. Every page should be reachable from at least one static article link.
Offer a site map to your users beside links that point to the important parts of your site. If the site map is larger than 100 or so links, you may want to break the site map into separate page.
Create a useful, information-rich site, and write page that clearly and accurately describe your content.
Think about the words users would type to find your page, and make sure that your site in actuality includes those words within it.
Try to use schoolbook instead of images to display influential names, content, or links. The G00GLE crawler doesn't certificate text contained within images.
Make sure that your TITLE tag and ALT attributes are descriptive and accurate.
Check for broken links and correct HTML.
If you decide to use dynamic page (i.e., the URL contains a "?" character), be aware that not every search engine spider crawls dynamic page as well as static page. It helps to hold the parameters short and the number of them few.
Keep the links on a given page to a believable number (fewer than 100).

Should I distribute up my promotion trade illegal?

I work for a small company & I do all their exposure & marketing layouts internally so they don’t have to earnings for an outside advertising agency. We use internet & e-mail marketing extensively & I am the one and only one that knows how to layout HTML/Java & interactive model layouts. This saves our company thousands of dollars a month.
Now my boss requests me to teach her how to do this step by step, but I am really unbelieving to share my knowledge. I grain once she knows how to do it, I may not be as prized to her. And with the reduction being on shaky ground, I can use adjectives the job payment I can get.
How should I promise with the situation? Should I grant up my trade secret?

Answers: Since you are an member of staff of this company, your "secret" is legally theirs. They enjoy been paying you to do this, and develop it. If you haven't ever signed a exclusivity agreement next to your employer, and they can you after you teach them how to do it, you could start your own business doing impossible to tell apart thing for other businesses.

If this is something you truly invented, and it not set by anyone else in the world, and you consider it distinctive, you might want to consult a patent or trademark attorney to see if you can put a government grant on it and sell it commercially. They can also push for you if your employer has rights to adjectives the work and ideas that come up when you are working for them by taking a look at your employement contract.

If you are using commercial software and you are the with the sole purpose one in the department who understands it, a moment ago teach the others. You enjoy no legal right. But you do hold a good negotiate point for pay increases. Showing how able you are makes you a more advisable asset to the company.
Assuming the boss isn't paying you "thousands of dollars a month" she probably isn't looking to replace you - but a good manager/owner desires to know how each department functions.
What if you be sick or quit? Where would the company be? I'm sure just giving the boss training on the program won't indicate she will have your sensitive of expertise - which only comes from repetition. But it will formulate her feel more protected.
Anyway, how would you go just about turning down her request? It would make you give the impression of being uncooperative which could damage your relationship beside her.
