you should talk to the publisher directly. several papers experimented with this within the past, its not unknown. But it affected circulation numbers, traditional advertisers be not as interested in switching to online, that`s why affected their complete business model. so, you will have to reason through those challenges when you sermon to them and provide some pretty good solutions.
