If company A registers e.g. the cross "Super-Gadget", can company B supply sth else name "SuperGadget"?
Or would that slight modification be covered under company A's trademark?Answers: Trademarks that are confusingly similar to existing trademarks are not protected. I believe that this is the bag with SuperGadget
A number of legalized principles used to protect owners against improper use of their trademarks derive from federal law known collectively as the Lanham Act (Title 15 U.S.C. ยงยง1051 to 1127).
These rules usually favor the business that first used a trademark, if another company's use of equal trademark would be likely to create customer confusion.
That would probably be Trademark violation.
Mc Donald's once sued a local company name Mc Dharma's because it was vigour food to go. Mc Dharma's didn't hold a chance, they are immediately known as only Dharmma's. At first Dharmma's put a cross through the Mc to show they were foced to not own it and Mc Donald's sued them again.
That depends on location of that other company i.e trademarks are normally restricted to local countries but companies like Pepsi, Microsoft etc they own registered trademarks globally ... when registering a trademark you hold to specify what type of product it covers ... if they are totally different products one can use the same identify but can not use same trademarks in same country where on earth one has already registered it.

There is an anagram website that will show you a lot of different words that could be strung together to do what you're trying to do.
If single I could find it.
Seriously, it's amazing how many show up freshly put "anagram" in your favorite force out engine and there are adjectives these websites that suggest different words that would work.
I like Advertiser's Marketing Group. Gives it a slightly off-kilter step and suggests that it's for professionals only.
