Does virgin medium internet break for anyone else?

They gave us broadband for a Windows 98 computer, that broke it and is really slow.

I guess it depends where you come from, I'm from Birmingham and my virgin internet (formerly blueyonder) works an complete treat.
On demand have always be problematic though.
If you signed a contract you can get out of it next to a QoS complaint of not receiving services as described. It would be against the ruling to bind you into a contract of service where services be not performed as promised or stated. Read that contract and consequently get out of it.
