Register domain entitle short "www"?
Is there a channel I can register a domain name in need the "www" in front?I know that most of the domain registration services automatically puts the "www" contained by front so you don't really have a choice. But would it be possible to ONLY register something close to "example.com" and not "www.example.com"?
Thanks!
Answers: In case you are serious next to this question, the domain you purchase is other sans "www" and is only the URL itself. Whether or not a "www" shows up contained by the browser window when you type it within is a server configuration issue (once you've purchased and host your domain). You can create canonical errors when your URL doesn't work without the "www" so it must be configured properly. There are also implication for search engine optimization (SEO) when not configured properly.
I never type www. and other get to the site I am wanting to catch to including mine.
When did Marketing Research switch on using these methodologies (Mail/Phone/Internet)?
Marketing Research began using Paper Surveys, consequently began to Mail their surveys out. Once the mobile phone became wide-spread, the use of Call Centers emerge to conduct Telephone Interviews. Lastly, the Internet has become the top choice for researchers, but when did that transition truly switch on?A little technical and broad, but I'd approaching estimates (or exact dates contained by year) as to when these transitions took place.
I'm also not including fax, because that is a prevailing conditions point between telephone and internet. This methodology wasn't enormously prominent either.
Answers: Marketing Research begin using Mail/Phone/Internet in the 90's
