?

Just now i had join network mktg. can u suggest how 2 success in that?

Answers: What keeps me going is the support. Even though I am not from a sales background, I really believe in the product. So, whenever we talk with someone that could benefit from this, we tell them about it. We DO NOT attack friends and/or family, nor try to chase strangers down in the mall.

We are fortunate enough to have meetings with other members every other week, company paid training seminars (which I attended one last night), support from people much higher in the company than ourselves, and, I must admit, a pretty-darned good compensation plan.

The real incentive is when someone comes back to you and thanks you for telling them about this product and/or opportunity.

So, my advice? Believe in your product and/or opportunity. Whatever it is.
the one thing that keeps me going in network marketing is having joined this:

there you will get the best training there is
If you just joined, then you need to be working with your sponsor who signed you up. They should be teaching you the proper methods to obtain your success.

What is relationship churn ?

The seo factor.

Answers: Link churn is a term first mentioned within this G00GLE patent application http://appft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Pars... and is "computed as a function of an extent to which one or more links provided by the document change over time."

Basically that means the rate a intertwine and/or its anchor text coppers from an origin's page or document.

The patent application discusses that G00GLE may apply a cost of your "link churn" is above the threshold, i.e. "63. The method of claim 62, wherein adjust the ranking includes penalizing the ranking if the link churn is above a threshold."

No one know what this threshold is so it's not worth worrying about!
Many pattern sites will change frequently, as content is updated. However, near are web sites where on earth the actual content of the site does not change substantially, but the hyperlinks on the page do transformation often. In nonspecific, this is a characteristic of "promotion changes," to some extent than editorial changes.

Some net sites (which have low-traffic page with non-zero G00GLE PageRank) aim to "sell links" or arrange for "remunerated links" which they place on their page. The buyers hope that under G00GLE's algorithms, their sites will be assigned a highly developed PageRank if there are multiple other sites near decent PageRank linking to them. G00GLE uses "association churn" as one factor to detect sites that sell links or are affianced in "link-trading" strategies.

This is not something that legal web publishers should be concerned something like, even if they have selling that changes periodically.

Instead, you should single be concerned if you are engaged surrounded by a "link-trading" or "link-selling" scheme by which the destination of your links change (especially if the changes ensue via redirects at other servers).

And the existence of "connect churn" or of G00GLE's algorithms to detect and penalize "link churn" should unquestionably NOT lead any webmaster to defer updating links on their sites. G00GLE recognize that links change over time, and that if a knit becomes invalid or smaller number relevant, the webmaster may replace it with another interconnect.
