i got the profession about a year ago through an agency. It's a plumbing company. i started as a warehouse PA but i was also going to arts school at the same time for accounting. since i become familiar near the products, my boss decided to promote me as " a quote person" (commercial quotes). when i first started, i be getting 9 dollars an hour.i got hired after 520 hours. she give me 1 dollar raise. I' m making $10 .50 an hour in a minute. my question is , how much i'm i suppose to be getting presently? the previous quote person trained me for around a week and i'm already working on my own doing quotes. I'm in florida. the position includes ( besides quotesi also help the customers when they enjoy questions similar to...pricing and crossing products.Answers: "Operate from strength" - You need erudition, you need to know how much you could earn for like peas in a pod at other firms, how much others are earning at other firms near same experience, then you hold the knowledge to approach your employer for an increase.
