Is it average for a telemarketer to telephone call and ask you to describe what your phone book looks approaching?
I recieved a call from a telemarketer this morning asking me to describe to him what the front cover of the phone book I use the most looks similar to. I guess he was trying to find out what phone books receive the most use in my nouns, but I thought this was strange. There are so various weird scam and stuff out there. Does this nouns strange to anyone else?Answers: It sounds somewhat like a rude ask, especially for an opening rank however I would think the cross-question to be innocent in character. I wouldn't trust any transaction between the company however, if they don't have the specific facts necessary to do cold call, they shouldn't be making them.
Telemarketers use different scripts. They were probably going into a sale mode by what you answered. If you could describe it or not. This was the orifice. Then there is the pitch ,next the hook and then the close.
