It looks close to a well made shirt to me and probably one I would buy. Maybe put some extremely rare funny logo or slogan on the front.
To find out what the price is, put it on ebay and see what happens. That process the market will convey you the answer.

Dude, sorry, but you're gonna have to get hold of a bit more creative than that. Think about the sort of stuff you close to to wear, and keep a on the alert eye out to see what others like to wear. Make it colourful and fun and artistic and creative. That t-shirt is in recent times a few words written on a t-shirt... know what I'm saying?
