Where to promote an event in the order of support surrounded by business (San Diego)?

Hi,

The event is in San Diego and I posted it on most online calendar and in Asian Journal.

Does anyone enjoy any ideas on where on earth I can promote the event further to get to small business owners (0-5 employees) who want to be successful contained by business without giving up on human being nice?

Any magazines you guess I should advertise surrounded by? Websites? Any ideas?
