How do I increase trellis hits on a pdf site?
My site is in pdf format. Can I 'hit' the site repeatedly from alike computer after I have found it within a G00GLE or yahoo search string and increase the hits, or will the reality that the same IP is hitting it result within only one hit regardless? Also, are near any suggestions on free ways to increase traffic other than linking to other sites? I own submitted the site to search engines already.Answers: offline promotion close to having one flyer beside your website name on it. i can think that if your .pdf files are free course projects and you distribute flyers around campus you can hope for quite a dutiful number of hits.
'hitting' as per the way you described it make little impact because it will count you as 'new visitor' once and next you became 'repetitive visitor' .. reputation goes highly developed for sites that show increase in the number of both fresh and repetitive visitors. Let's verbs with the university example - if you distribute 1000 flyers and procure 100 visitors and 20 of them come posterior tomorrow ..and this repeats during the entire month, your ranking will most surely improve.
I own three suggestions.
One, make sure that you enjoy descriptions of your pdf documents that are written in deed and include the keywords that you want to show up in the prod engines.
Two, use contextual advertising close to G00GLE Adwords or Yahoo's Overture to pay to dispatch people to your site.
Three, use a Pay To Click service that can dispatch thousands of visitors to your site for remarkably little money (the service linked to below starts at singular $6.50). If you are simply looking to beef up your stats and gain a few interested people surrounded by the process, this is a great way to stir.

I just discovered a clean site that launched Jan. 4th of this year. It allows you to put in you websites and blogs and credits them when you add what is call "Intel" (content)...
Qassia gives you a point backlink for every Intel submission... oh yeah, it's free too!
They also allow you to plug in your a.d.s.e.n.s.e ID within their network as economically! It's pretty cool!
Here's a link so you can check it out:

I will tell you the right website to gather more creative ideas to design a website in many collections like e-commerce, dating, hyip, classifieds, auction and much more.
Refer: http://www.ajsquare.com/creative/
Begin with setting up your own webpage as your current internet provider will provide free hosting as discussed below.
If you are currently a paid Internet subscriber, you are entitled to a "homepage" which often contains simple navigation and editing tools. And if you use the Netscape browser, the built-in Composer feature is a superior HTML authoring tool which is totally free. You can easily generate a full-blown website as a Homepage.
Nevertheless, the "homepage" URL is likely to be "http://homepage.earthlink.com/subscribe... name" and that URL can easily be overwritten via a redirection service, i.e., "mydomain.com" which allows you to link any registered domain name to "mask" another website. For example, should you type in the "domain name," you will be immediately transported to the homepage and the hompage URL of http://homepage.earthlink.com/subscriber... a homepage URL which will be masked by the domain name. And the charge for the redirection service [even at godaddy.com] is normally FREE.
When you acquire a domain name, connect it using a redirection service [as discussed above] and submit/publish the domain name on major search engines/directories in order for Net surfers to find your website.
Good luck!
