I know to put quote around the thing that I want to look into for but I'm not really getting what I want.Is there other things I should be tallying to my search words to bring back more of what I want?
For instance, I'm trying to search for a white kitchen pushcart in the Toronto nouns from either a retailer or someone who could engineer one for me.
How would I type that in to a go through engine to get what I want?

The word White throws it out of whack.
The quotes keep Kitchen and Cart together.
