Someone cloned ALL my website content!?
i found another website using all my pictures for their website!My website is for my business online and they copied adjectives my Item's pictures! Including all my prices! What do i do? Its stealing my business!
Answers: First of adjectives, document and date everything that has happend up until in a minute, and document and date everything you're about to do.
Print out satisfactory pages from their website to get a case.
Email me privately and administer me the names of the two websites, and I will know how to witness it.
Contact them and request that they remove all offending content in a jiffy. Give them a few days to answer.
If this doesn't work, contact them and advise them that they are guilty of copyright infringement, beside penalties of x & y. (see www.copyright.gov for the amounts).
If that doesn't work, contact an attorney.
That does suck, not much you can do. Maybe threaten them.
It will not be worth your trouble to exchange blows them. I have be through it.
Check to see if they are hot-linking to your photos. If they are, then you could enjoy some real fun swapping out the inventive photos for something a little more spicy. That happen to me once, where someone be hot-linking to my photos. I swapped out beach26.jpeg for a different version of beach26.jpeg. I don't focus I ever laughed so firm.

I necessitate accepted wisdom for places/ways to present out my promotional pen?
I have a boatload of pen with my company christen on them and would like to donate them away... I have hear that one good opinion is leaving a couple pen for the waiter/waitresses after you finish eating at a restaurant.any other concept i would appreciate greatly

edit: try out cell phone distributors, local coffee shops approaching starbucks or coffebean, drive around in commercial areas where on earth there are plenty of small businesses, since im by the lax airport i would also budge to the business buildings and drop some pens to the office. for sure they will use the pens and see your companys logo...
