well the demand for a product / service is determined by the diposable income of the customer.. the amount of money customer ( comman man ) can spend with fulflling all his day to day expenses....

Quality,Cost&Brand
Demand for anything is determined by supply, quality, price and of course - customers capable of buying.
Same applies to products or services.
If the supply is abundant, the demand for it goes down.
If there is quality, even if supply is abundant, you have edge over competition.
If the price is lesser compared to competition, demand for your product or service increases.
For any product/service to have demand, there has to be customers who are capable and willing to buy.
Pretty much the consumer. The way to discover what they're looking for is to see what they search for the most online.
The second thing is the quality of the product.
So you need to have a quality product which solves a major problem for a lot of people.
No level of advertising will ever replace real demand.
The demand for a product depends on many factors not particularly one or two. Some of the factors which determine demand are as follows:
1. Price : Price of the product greatly influences the demand for the product.
2. Prices of the substitute goods :
Ex: if price of coffee increases then consumers shift to tea.
3. Income of the consumer: In case of luxury goods if std. of living increases their demand also increases
4. Fashions in the society : If the product is apt to the fashions in the society it will have greater demand.
In this way there are many other factors will influence demand.
