Answers: Yahoo by far. The templates, tools and service are at the top of the industry

1 Buy a domain
2. Setup of a web hosting

For beginners I think yahoo web hosting is the best and easiest to use. Yahoo has question and answer section that can solve most problems and direct phone line for additional support.

My opinion of the best web host is SiteSell at http://compare.sitesell.com/UnstoppableD...
They provided me with all the tools and assisted me in the design of my website.

BEST WISHES!
I'll go for My Webbie Hosting.com. Their plans are very affordable (the cheapest is $3.95/month) but they are very power-packed. I think their offers are the best deal available.

For example, their $3.95/month plan already includes 1.5 disk space, 150 G bandwidth, 50 email accounts, Free domain name, etc.

Here are the general reasons why I vote for My Webbie Hosting:
1.) affordable plans
2.) plans have lots of features
3.) so far my websites are 99.9% up
4.) best customer support I ever experienced
Try http://www.midlandtrading.co.uk for hosting,

Suppose you are a marketer who desires to invent a still vacumn cleaner - do you want to know how a v.c operate?

I'm studying marketing.

What I really don't understand is, how do marketers execute a plan? do they entail to know all the details of how a product works? ie a vacumn cleaner i.e. quite and pallid.

Answers: Hi Jimmy, I am finding your question for a moment hard to follow, but that is probably freshly me having one of those days, LOL...

I would hold thought that there is a big difference between 'Marketing' a product and 'Inventing' one?

To Invent something, obviously you need to know how it operate! Pretty imposible otherwise?

However to market a product, you solitary really need to know it's USP (Unique Selling Points), who/what it's competition is and who are its potential customers/users... You later simply advertise your product to its potential customers, stressing it's advantages over the competition (USP)... and survey the money roll in!

Of course near is much more to it than just that, close to creating demand, etc, but if it be that simple, people wouldn't own to study marketing in college, very soon would they, lol?!

EDIT...
Sounds like your are on the wrong course, Jimmy... Engineering would be the best skill for this project Your 'idea' is a extraordinarily good one, but don't you ruminate the best engineers and designers at Hoover/Dyson etc would have already spotted that fantastic selling point and belief, and already be working on improving their own 'clamour levels'?? If not, then they will do when they cut the idea after reading your Question!

You havn't even get anywhere near the starting point for this dream. You stipulation plans and to know how to make it quieter, which you could afterwards Patent and either contrive yourself or sell the design/idea to the Big Boys for Big Bucks!
I visualize it would help to know something roughly speaking how the vacuum cleaner works to be able to raise the model and the sell it. Either that or find somebody who is inclined to do all of the work and transport none of the credit.

How you will create awareness, interest and desire for your product or service on trellis?
