However to market a product, you solitary really need to know it's USP (Unique Selling Points), who/what it's competition is and who are its potential customers/users... You later simply advertise your product to its potential customers, stressing it's advantages over the competition (USP)... and survey the money roll in!

You havn't even get anywhere near the starting point for this dream. You stipulation plans and to know how to make it quieter, which you could afterwards Patent and either contrive yourself or sell the design/idea to the Big Boys for Big Bucks!
